Many of you will be previous donors to our initial fundraiser over on Go Fund Me where we have been raising funds for nearly 3 years now. In January this year Mark and I decided that it was time to formally register our efforts as a charity. Not only had we received enormously generous donations, but we felt that it was important that this grew beyond just the two of us to safeguard the funding pathway for the children. We are enormously grateful to Iain Hastings and Robert Chik who have come on board as the other two charity trustees alongside myself and Mark.

We received our official charity number as an SCIO in March and we have been busy formalising all of our processes. What we look like has changed (become more professional!) – but what we DO will not change. All of your donations will go straight to the children that need the funding for education. None of it will be eaten up by charity fees or personal costs. That is a firm promise to all of our donors. All of us are in this for one reason only, to help children receive the education they deserve in Nepal. Here is to a bright future of fundraising, and a gateway to supporting even more children and school projects in this incredible part of the world.
Thank you all and please share our new with as many people as you can.
Caroline Livesey, Chair of Peak Education Nepal.
